Factors like the age at which to start a family, nutrition, psychological stress, environmental and occupational exposures, and others can affect Fertility.
So I have put up for you ways you can naturally boost fertility and get pregnant faster
#1 EAT FOODS RICH IN ANTIOXIDANT
Eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains. You really need to see this!!Click To TweetThey are packed with beneficial antioxidants like vitamins C and E, folate, beta-carotene, and lutein. For the men, eating 75 grams of antioxidant-rich walnuts per day improves sperm quality.

Taking an antioxidant supplement or eating antioxidant-rich foods can improve fertility rates, especially among men with fertility issues…
#2 GET ENOUGH REST
Those whose stress level is high hardly ovulate. Are you facing a hard time, you're anxious about carrying your baby or maybe you're worried about what people think of you not being able to conceive up till now.
Are you fasting and praying about getting pregnant and you always have to wake up every two to three hours to pray against witches and wizards hindering you from getting pregnant?
If it is you then you need to stop worrying about your situation and relax instead. Get enough sleep. Play some relaxing music. I played these kinds of music just to be soaked in God's presence. You can also take green tea.
#3 GET PRENATAL VITAMIN/FOLIC ACID
It is better to start taking a prenatal vitamin before you start thinking of getting pregnant. The nutrients in it are necessary for the development of your baby's spinal cords and nerves that is even the reason your doctor recommend it immediately too.
Get to the pharmacy and buy one without prescription, there are also many inexpensive ones you can get over the counter. Make sure it has 30 milligrams of iron and 600 to 800 micrograms of folic acid.
Folic acid is an essential nutrient in pregnancy that has been proven to dramatically reduce the risk of serious birth defects and helps with the normal development of all the cells in the body.
#4 GET THE RIGHT TIMING
Having sex at the right time is the best way to increase your chances of getting pregnant fastly.
If you have regular cycles, you will ovulate around two weeks before your period. This means your fertile window will be the seven days before your expected ovulation.
It can be a little more difficult to predict when you will ovulate and when your fertile window will be if you are having irregular cycles.
I recommend the easiest which for me is the Ovulation predictor kit. It is similar to a urine pregnancy test. Urinate on the test strips every morning, starting a few days before your ovulation.
There are a number of techniques that you can use to more precisely pinpoint your ovulation and fertile window. It compares your hormone levels with the levels you've had on previous days.
When you get a “YES or +” result ( check your test instruction for more details) start having sex with your spouse that day
and the next few days because your body is ready for baby making over the next two or three days.
So don't miss that surge. The test strips detect luteinizing hormone(LH). It surges right before ovulation. Tests have proven that it's over 99% accurate in detecting the LH.
If timing and predictor testing are stressing you out, please relax and throw away your thermometer and charts.
#5 VISIT YOUR DOCTOR
Your doctor is in the best position to know If you are really ready for conception. They'll probably do a full exam and go over your medical history.
You must tell them about any prescription medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements you are taking or you've taken. Inform them also about your reproductive issues, that includes past pregnancies, miscarriages, ovarian cysts, fibroid, sexually transmitted diseases, family medical history. They will tell you which one to stop and which one you can continue taking.
I am wishing you all the best in your journey to motherhood and I pray all goes well for you.
Pregnancy seems designed to prepare you for life as a mother. You start making sacrifices nine months before the child is born, so by the time they put in an appearance you are used to giving things up for them.
